DSA Book your training slots in one single phone call
DSA's telephone booking service has just been updated.
From Monday 2 August, if you're an approved training body (ATB) booking
motorcycle manoeuvring area (MMA) training slots taking place on or
after 23
August, these will be processed and confirmed within one single call to
DSA's customer service centre.
To do this call 0300 200 1122 and then dial '27' to be put through to
the
fast track option.
We'll now no longer be operating the call back system for MMA bookings,
so
training slots will only be available on a first come, first served
basis.
Once you've booked, if you're unable to make the training slot
appointment
on the day, please contact Europa on 0870 245 8037 to let them know.
